分别是峰值为530 nm的

的特征宽带和峰值为610 nm的Eu

通过调整合适的Eu

掺杂量它们可混合成白光

当Eu

掺杂摩尔分数为0.01时

发光粉的色品坐标为(

=0.34)

显色指数为87。该发光粉可和具有近紫外光发射的InGaN管芯配合制得白光LED

极具应用价值。

Abstract

The luminescence of a single phase material LiCa

MgV

: Eu

are reported and discussed as a potential phosphor excited by UV-LED. The photoluminescence spectra show two bands with peaks at 530 nm and 610 nm

which are attributed to (VO

)

and Eu

respectively. By mixing the colors of the two bans

the (

) coordinates vary systematically due to the different Eu

concentration. When the mol fraction of Eu

is 0.01

the (

) coordinate is (0.33

0.34). This single phosphor is capable of converting the ultraviolet emission of a UV-LED into white light-emitting.
