ELECTROLUMINESCENCE IN REVERSE BIAS OF ORGANIC THIN FILM DEVICES BASED ON POLYMER POLY-P-PHENYLENE-VINYLENE
The polymer poly-p-phenylene-Vinelene (PPV) was prepared and constructed into a single layer thin film electroluminescence(TFEL) devices.A new phenomenon:electroluminescence in reverse bias of the single layer TFEL devices using PPV as emission material was observed.The emission spectra in different reverse bias were recorded.The luminance and current density in reverse bias were measured.The mechanism of electroluminescence in reverse bias was disscused.
