摘要

合成了N-甲基-4-乙酰胺基-1

8-萘酰亚胺(MAAN).结果表明

以MAAN为发光层

聚乙烯咔唑(PVK)为空穴传输层的双层薄膜发光器件

在驱动电压为27.5V时

可获得亮度为150cd/m

的黄绿色发光.

Abstract

The compound of N-methyl-4-acetylamino-1

8-naphthalimide (MAAN) was synthesized.In the structure of Al/MAAN/PVK/ITO

where MAAN is the emitting layer

PVK is the hole transport layer

the diode showed yellow green emission

of which luminance was reached to 150 cd/m

at the voltage of 27.5 V.
