摘要

1954年Zalm首次发现了直流电致发光(DCEL)现象

但是在1966年前DCEL材料并未引起人们的注意

研究工作也很少.当时

DCEL材料亮度低

激发电压高

发光只限于个别颗粒

半寿命极短以致难于进行定量的测量.

Abstract

This paper sums up the current investigation of powdered DCEL phosphors.It is divided into following parts

the effect of raw material

copper-coating technique

spreading and encapsulating technique

phosphor with co-lorsother than orange

forming process

lifetime

application of DCEL and so on.
